3 months ago I got a Go2bank card and loaded $500 dollars on it. Then I could not access my money. They told me I could withdraw and use it in the store but lied. Then somehow my card had been reported stolen. Then they restricted and closed my account and in order to get my refund check I had to upload proof of identity and proof of residence. I did that 3 times and was told my refund check was mailed several times. Never. I have spoken to over 20 supervisor and customer service people and have been through ****. Many hours on the phone and this has been going on for 3 months.
