41023 I went to do cash pick up, the 1st one was ok, but my second one for $500 was taken out of my bank but was declined by walmart so I have no funds and my children and I lost our apartment. For 3 days I was told no1 could help me at go2bank after spending hrs on the phone for 3 day. Then a so called supervisor said he finally made a dispute and gave me a fake claim number. 41423 I called to check status of dispute and was told the claim number doesn’t exsist and no dispute has been filed. And was hung up on had to start all over and still missing my funds. I want my funds back in my account.
