GO2bank — Go2bank lost or stole $623.00 from me, will not give it back

I had turned in a dispute about a charge on my account that was made on October 1, 2022 to THE CITY OF HEMET WATER DEPARTMENT for $623.00 (don’t know exact date I called to dispute the transaction), Then I called Go2bank back 2 days later and told them I was not disputing the charge made on 10012022 to THE CITY OF HEMET WATER DEPARTMENT. I thought everything was fine. Then on October 19, 2022, I received a RED TAG on my door saying they were going to SHUT OFF MY WATER if $648.00 was not paid by 5pm on October 19,25022, (25.00 for return check fees.) If this water is shut off I will have to pay the $648.00 plus 275.00 reconnect fee plus a $275.00 deposit fee. I talked to the water company and found out that Go2bank called back or what ever they do TOOK BACK THE PAYMENT OF $623.00 made on October 01, 2022 to the Hemet Water Department. They recalled the payment on October 18, 2022, I have the RECALL NUMBER SAYING IT WAS A CHARGE BACK. O.K so that money $623.00 should be back in my account so I can again pay my water bill. But the money is not back in my account THAT’S THE PROBLEM. I called Go2bank on 10192022 they said they did recall the payment and it should be in my account the next morning, but it was not there. I called Go2bank on 10202022 now Go2bank says they did not recall the money and that the Water Company still has my money I told them I had the transaction number for them recalling the payment they insisst they did not recall the payment. I have talked to the water company luckily they are working with me they checked there records the money was taken back by Go2bank. I have called Go2bank at least 20 times since 10192022 every time I get someone new, I have to explain everything over again I call complains tell my story they transfer me to another department, I tell my story again they transfer me to another department, then I get hung up on. It’s now 1028,2022, I still have not received my money back into my account, and Go2bank still says they don’t have it. I AM NOT ANY CLOSER TO RESOLVING THIS PROBLEM THAN I WAS ON 10192022. I HOPE YOU CAN HELP ME. I am running out of time. I still have to pay the water bill. Go2bank needs to put the $623.00 back into my account. And if I have to pay the extra fees because of Go2banks mess up in their accounting Go2bank should immediately have to pay these extra charges I may encounter. Reconnect fee of $275.00 shutoff fee $75.00
