GO2bank — Fraudulent business practices and terrible customer service

On May 6 2023 I placed an order to Amazon for $50.29 that was canceled before being shipped on May 7th set to be delivered on May 8th. Amazon stated they sent a release of Funds and ation of canceled purchase on May 9 2023 at 11:04 am to my bank debit card I used for purchase. Yet it is still pending. Gotobank told me they were waiting for Amazon to release the funds back and said they had to wait for Amazon to send the release which they sent May 9 but gotobank denies. I arranged a 3rd party call on May 11 approximately 4pm with Amazon and gotobank and gotobank still blamed Amazon who advocated for me and said they already released funds and to just give the customer her money back already, gotobank then became angry and hung up during call when Amazon agent said she would look into it because nothing made sense. Amazon agent later said she risked her job to help me and gotobank was illegally holding my money and she could do nothing more. I called back 930pm May 11 2023 and spoke to the 6th person today..on leadership . They still claim I have to wait until at least May 19 2023 a week from now to get my money back yet claim it is because they have not received the release of funds from Amazon despite the most recent call with Amazon themselves stating that they did already send out May 9. They deliberately went in circles, accused me of poor English insulting considering the already apparent language barrier, yelled at me,were hostile and confrontational and seemed to be reading from a script. I was hung up on repeatedly and spoke to several supervisors as well to no avail. They also when putting hold on my money caused me to go negative by $7 . 19 . They also took out $14.98 on May 7 for 2 purchases that were declined and never returned that money as well and denied taking it at all yet the prior agent admitted they did. and it would be returned that day. Noone was on the same page as if they were all working at separate companies, no notes in system etc. as one would expect. Worst experience of my life. I want my money back and for them to face legal consequences for their corrupt and unjust actions and unfair business practices. They are literally laughing all the way to the bank while ripping off their own customers and I want them to suffer for what they put me tgrough,not thrive financially. Also I called corporate office 4 times and wanted to file a dispute and even cancel my account and was denied even that. It would seem they have Noone to answer to no matter how horrendous they treat their customers. Please help I’m having a breakdown They should release my $50.29 back to me asap ,admit their wrongs,reverse the -$7.19 overdraft( I do not have overdraft btw) . Also I would like my $14.98 back as well. They also should be fined and imprisoned because is what would happen to me if I pulled something like this as a business.
