$45.99 I paid this money so my husband I was incarcerated could call me he tried calling me four times in the car never came through. I placed this money on this account on 13 January on 14 January. My husband passed away I didn’t get to use any of the money that I placed on his account for him to call me. Its up like a phone company GlobalTEL is the name of it? *** asked him many times to refund my money. I told him I paid you so my husband could call me. He tried to call me three times a phone call never came through. You didn’t let the call go through. I said my husband was murdered and in jail the second day that I had paid this money I want my money back they’re trying to give me $31 which is not right. I want my full refund because I never got to use it the money was not even in the account for 24 hours. Call my husband was killed in the jail. I understand they are trying to charge me $13 they said I needed to pay that from the from the $45. I really pay $50 but supposedly the bill says $45.99 I dont know where the other 04 $ at once it went I am a widow now and I am asking you to please help me get all my money back my $45.99 because these people do not want to listen. Ive sent them multiple messages and they keep ignoring me and tell me all they want to give me a $31 and I will not accept that because I did not pay $31. I paid really $50 but I dont know where the other money went because all they want to return it is 31 even though one of my my receipt in my bank account says $45.99 Please help me get my money back.
