You have alot of great employees at giant in wind gap. But, the management thinks that customers are right. That kind of mind thought will have you loosing good employees. The customers that you receive are not all what they seem. I have been behind a few in my 8 years of shopping there. Give your cashiers a break. They deal with these ******** day in an day out. But yet you want to discipline your cashiers for dealing with theses ********. These customers are not always right. And I applaud the cashiers for standing up to them. If anything the management needs to be re schooled. Or at least get managers that were once cashiers. So many times I have heard that management[and I use that term loosely) have written up cashiers for doing there job with an irate customer. You know that you have cameras to see the situation. Use them. And stop discipline the cashiers that are doing their jobs. Nobody should be subject to these customers that feel entitled. Do your job managers or find another profession. You don’t seem to caree what your cashiers are dealing with, but you are quick to write them up. Get out of the office and actually see what these cashiers are going through on a daily basis
