Giant Food Stores — Pharmacy

I have a type 2 diabetic child and I called Friday they stated they would order her sensors because she uses Dexcom g6. So I called Sunday to make sure they got it and the guy stated they have them in stock so when I come Monday I can get them. Today Monday January 3,2022 I go in and they tell me they don’t have in stock and now my daughter is without sensors. I told the guy why would they say it’s in stock if it’s not. He’s going to tell me well the inventory may say we have it but we don’t have it. I said well if the inventory says that shouldn’t you check to make sure your inventory is correct. This is ridiculous this is like the 3rd time they have told me that they had something and they didn’t and this is really ridiculous and I will give them one more chance but after I will be switching pharmacies. People really need there meds so why say you have if you don’t and the answer they gave was unacceptable and I told them if something happens to my child I’ll make sure they are liable because I called on Friday.
