I was sent a bill with my name on it and a bill for the entire year. I normally am billed every 3 months. I’ve called the company 5 times now and they keep telling me they’re sorry and I will be refunded the $126.00 that is due to me. I am to call yet again this week if I still haven’t received a refund check which I haven’t. Something was messed up in their billing but I am being punished because of it. I would like my money back.
