Transaction date 11/11/20 Paid 147.40 Washer repair Repair did not resolve the issue Numerous efforts have been made to contact them to resolve the issue. They continue to tell me they will call me back and then never follow up. The issue with the washer continues as of Feb 2021. Therefore we have requested they refund our money so we can go elsewhere for the repair.
