Geek Squad — Defective Refrigerator

Hello, I purchased the SmartHub refrigerator from Best Buy in December of 2020 I also purchased an extended warranty under the Geeksquad. Since that time I have had nothing but issues. While it was under Samsung warranty the motherboard was replaced in 2021. Since that they have replaced the seals on the freezer because my freezer would stop working. Since that time I have had nothing but issues. While it was under Samsung warranty the motherboard was replaced in 2021. Since that they have replaced the seals on the freezer because my freezer would stop working. About a month ago it was determined t hat the ice makers were defective and Samsung was involved in a class action lawsuit regarding this. Well my ice maker was replaced 2 weeks ago and I am still having issues with a new ice maker. Under the lemon law 3 strikes you are out. This is now the 5th call and was told to replace the ice maker again. When the ice maker goes so does my freezer. The tech basically told me since you were successful in the class action suit to replace my ice maker as many times as needed. I had to buy a deep freezer because items were going bad. I am in search of a resolution. I will not keep going through this. I need for Samsung to reach out. Replace refrigerator
