I purchased a brand new Dodge Ram truck before Christmas when I got it home found that the drivers side window did not work and the auto retractable rearview mirrors did not work. Brought it back after waiting 1/2 a day they decided they had to order a part. Two weeks later the part came in again it took them about 3 hours to install. Window worked for 1 day then stopped working again mirror never did work. Called service manager had to leave message he finally called me back a day later. Brought truck back in again they hooked up a computer and wrote down some error codes and said they would research it and get back with me. After two days I called to find out if there was a solution had to leave another message and have had no reply. The truck had a sicker price of over 44000.00 this was a big purchase for me the vehicle I was driving I had for 12 years. I feel my only recourse is to contact a lawyer at this point. Some how they claim to have won the dealer of the year award three years in a row? Not sure who hands out that award. Any help would be very much appreciated.
