Bought 2010 F150 June of 2017 found out in August 2020 it has totaled Dec 2011. Never offered a Carfax .We were given clear title. Carfax confirmed. we bought a 2010 F150 from Madison County Ford June 2017. Gave us a clear title. Went to trade in at another dealership who informed us the truck was totaled out in Dec of 2011. Called Madison Co Ford and when I told them about our discovery they shut me down and would not talk to me. I confirmed with Carfax about the truck having a total loss attached to the truck. Madison Co Ford told us it was a 1 owner vehicle that was driven by a marine stationed in Texas and drove back and forth to the Richmond KY area. Not true, we are the 4th owners. We were never offered any other background info on the truck.
