Gate.io — They have never replied for months

I created a ticket on gate io and they sent me an email from support@gateio.zendesk.com account (Not sure if this account is legit) and they shared the steps to disable 2fa. I followed the steps and shared my id card with my photo and piece of paper which depicts my intention to disable 2fa. They have never replied for months. They should reply about the status of the ticket. But they chose not to care it.
