Gary Jarnagin has scammed widows, senior citizens, disabled people, families with small children, and people with limited income. He has absolutely NO remorse or conscience. He thinks he is so clever, and he thinks he won’t be caught by changing the name of his company, and changing his phone numbers. But all criminals are eventually exposed, and punished.
