bought a Handycam camcorder from this business on September 21, 2018. I paid 227.03 USD by credit card covering purchase and shipping costs for this item. I never received my package using the tracking information provided by the seller. I contacted Saudi post here and I was informed this shipment was actually addressed to another customer with a different name and address and has already been delivered on October 10. The seller was reluctant to resolve this matter correctly by either a replacement order or a refund.
