I ordered a Halloween Matt on 9/26/20 and received it on 10/21/20. I didn’t like the quality so I asked for a refund well before Halloween. I have been stone walled. I was asked to send a picture of the condition, which was in the same condition that they sent it to me in. I have been given the run around with no distinct reason why they wont return it when there website brags “Easy returns” “money back in 30 days”. I’m well within the 30 days! It’s all a bunch of bull to get your money and keep it. I have sent several emails and I feel like they are waiting for Halloween to pass so they can say “you used it”. I dont want this cheap piece of junk. I want my $37 BACK! This company are a bunch of crooks. They should not be in business. I will also report them to my credit card company if I dont get my money back as they website advertises. And it is not my fault it took them 26 days to ship me the item. They are scammers and should be shut down. All I was offered was a discount on a future order and I will NEVER ORDER anything from them again! Rip off artists!
