Frigidaire — Brand new appliance and Day 1 stopped working

I purchased FRIGIDAIRE GALLERY 30 in. Electric Wall Oven and Microwave Combination with Total Convection in Smudge-Proof Stainless Steel, Model: GCWM3067AF for $3198.00. It was delivered to my residence and installed by licensed electricians the following week. It turned on for approximately 30 minutes before it stopped working completely. Contacted Frigidaire who stated this item could not be returned / replaced, and had to be repaired (mind you, I’ve only had the appliance two weeks from the time of delivery to the date of install because of our kitchen remodel). Technician came out and stated there was a blown fuse. We replaces the fuse and it blew within two minutes of being put in. Contacted Frigidaire again and they scheduled another repair call. Technician saw some damage internally that he believes was caused during packaging / transit. Replaced the fuse and rearranged some internal components. Oven stopped working within three days. Contacted Frigidaire again. Still will not send a replacement. Sent another technician who contacted Frigidaire directly. Frigidaire’s technician recommends three separate parts to be replaced and those parts to be ordered with a pending service appointment date of A MONTH out. Frigidaire initially told me three repair attempts and they would send a replacement. Well, this is three and they are still refusing and want to keep repairing an item that I paid for BRAND NEW. Absolutely appalling and thievery. I have no oven and paid $3200 for something that doesn’t work. Wow. Just wow!!! Don’t buy Frigidaire anything!! Replace my brand new appliance!
