Foodhub — Doesn’t understand simple Australian tax law

I was a business that took on a Foodhub system. Worse decision I’ve ever made. I needed the show the GST on a receipt for customers. This concept wasn’t understood by tech support. If you have 2000 users in Australia wouldn’t you understand the basics on displaying GST? So I said if that couldn’t happen, I have to send it back. Which happened August last year. With them still taking out of my account a weekly service fee. I’m now getting phone calls about where the system is and being put on a Bailiff’s list. Foodhub as a company are incompetent and are bullies. They will be hearing from my solicitor. Stop calling me
