My wife and I have been customers for at least 25 years. We were glad to have the cracker barrel open in Oregon. We have not been pleased with the quality or taste of the food after multiple tries eating there. Our food is not hot, the hash brown mix has been dry our eggs have not been tasty. The biscuits are dry and have no flavor. All the food has been sub-par! What has happened? The food is not like the restaurants on the east coast. Make the food taste right. Like on the east coast.
