I have tried to shop online and pick it up the next day. I know we have picked up groceries there in Asheboro, NC. When I try to finish my shopping it asks for an email that I or my wife do not have. I entered my MPV number but it said it already had an account. But it would not give me access. What does it matter if I have the money and want to order? It is way too confusing. It should allow more than one person to shop like a couple. We have checked every email account we have that FL says matches our MPV number. Why is it so hard to buy groceries? I am handicapped and this is not helping! If someone enters their MPV number show them the account it belongs to. It is not a secret transaction. The password is to screen out any confusion like somebody else wanting to buy my groceries. If it is that secret why not send out an email that says we hope you enjoyed your pick-up on such a day. It could include a link to let you start shopping. This is worse than Walmart! I was trying to order the item they do not have. I am very ticked that shopping in an FL is so difficult.
