Food Lion — Food lion to go

I placed a food lion to go order this evening on 227. Not one time was I notified through text that my order had been started, to approve any substitutions, or that the order was ready for pick up. Then when I go to pick the order up, after checking the app to find out for myself that it was ready, no one was available to bring it out. Even though multiple employees were standing around joking and laughing when I walked in to get the order. They did not even bother to ask if help was needed until we went into the holding coolers ourself and loaded our own carts. We had 2 small children in the car, I use food lion to go because it prevents me from taking them in the store after working 9 hours on my feet. The way the staff has handled the food lion to go during the evenings is a complete joke, because this is not the first time this has happened where I have to go inside and no one is available to help or even notices that I’m taking groceries out of the coolers. Which also lets me know my groceries are not even monitored and after being paid for they are free to be grabbed by anyone. I have loved using food lion to go in the past, it has been a huge help to me and my family, but whoever is handling it is doing a terrible job. Do their job.
