First off her name was Fatima, going to put her on full blast since this is not the first time this has happened. I have had so many issues with her but have never felt like I should make a big deal out of it. I came there to ask about why my coupon did not go through and since there was a sales going on it only deducted the sales price. I wanted to know if the coupon was a separate matter from the sales and cannot be stacked or what, right? She proceeded to raise her voice acting like she is all high and mighty towards me. I tried to explain that BOGO is buy one get one, which is different from mix and match, get 3 save 3. Totally two different things yeah? She kept on telling me it is the same thing and raised her voice for everyone to hear while I was trying to explain that it wasn’t the same. She was very condescending and was extremely disrespectful towards me. I did not come into Food Lion to be disrespected and treated like trash. I know how to read and comprehend what those are but she herself should learn that again. I just wanted an explanation as to why it never went through that is all, simple. But her horrible attitude as a customer service manager???? Why is she so disrespectful towards a customer and raised her voice and such?? As a customer service manager she should be respectful, she should be tending and explaining things properly due to her knowledge which I don’t think she understands. She should not make customers feel like they are stupid which is exactly what she did when she was completely wrong. I was glad another manager was able to come explain it properly. She had a very bad attitude for sure and I would not like to come back or even recommend anyone to come shop there because of how she treats customers. They should retrain her, discipline her, demote her or even fire her. She should not be a customer service manager with that kind of attitude. If she acts so condescending and disrespectful towards a customer like that, it makes the customers shopping experience horrible.
