FireKirin — Bad cashier

So I had asked the cashier for firekirin ms. Bellagio to cashout yesterday and I spent a whole 24 hours waiting with the same response of hold on mam, so on and so forth, I then finally gave up and spent the entire money because I felt like she refused to cash me out. She stated it was a cash app issue but I checked and cash app said that their system is running. I’ll send a copy of the messages. So today April 2 2023 I had sent 5 dallors to be put on the game and it’s been over an hour and she hasn’t responded. So I wrote to her stating how I felt like she was being inappropriate with business and how it’s affecting me as a customer, she also has been flirting with my Fiance and sending emoji like hearts and getting too personal. So I repeatedly asked her to stop and so I’ve come to the conclusion that maybe thats why she’s being rude. I don’t feel like I’ve done anything but be forward and honest with what I felt or stated. Could you please look into this I also heard that cashiers lately haven’t been cashing people out and have been taking the money for themselves im not sure if the rumor is true but I’m getting quite upset with Ms. Bellagio. Sincerely fk_lewis000 I think that ms.bellagio should be given a good talk to or investigated in case of scamming or operation that’s not of firekirin standard. I think that she should give me free play for the time spent waiting just for not cash out. I think Ms. Bellagio should be given another chance to make right and let it be known that in order for your company to thrive that she needs to know her role and if she wants to continue to be a part of your company then she needs to treat her customers especially her loyal customers either priority with acknowledgement and respect
