My father died in 2015 in Boca Raton.I am his only child and represent my three adult children and my three grandchildren,(now there are 4) His estate lawyer helped his second wife rewrite her will in contravention to my father’s documents- an ethical violation! I have filed with the Florida Bar and the case has been taken seriously and risen to the level of the Grievance Committee. Fidelity has failed to honor my court appointed letters of administration as PR and has stonewalled my ability to marshal the assets in my father’s estate. I filed with FINRA and they initially told me that I was not authorized to obtain the documents! I submitted the Fidelity file number and then FINRA determined that I was authorized! Fidelity continued to refuse legally requested documents, denying my legal rights and costing me a great deal of money in legal fees. I have also filed with the SEC as if this can happen to me then Fidelity can do this to many people. I wrote a very nice email to Abigail Johnson, CEO asking how I can be told that I was not authorized two years after submitting my letters of administration, when my authorization was in Fidelity’s file? Another executive responded stating that Fidelity was terminating my accounts!!!!
