I was to receive a very Important package on 6242022 by 10:30am, I waited outside the warehouse where I worked. FedEx delivers packages to out facility daily, sometimes twice daily. At about 10:35 when the driver didn’t arrive, i went back into the office and tracked the package Again, that’s when it showed new delivery date of 10272022, I was totally shocked that the driver didn’t even attempt delivery of my package, but told FedEx that he did. Today I’ve been spent about 1.5 hrs. on the phone with FedEx trying to get my package delivered. My issue can be resolved by disciplining the Driver who Lied and said that he tried to deliver the package. They need drivers with integrity and the willingness to perform their duties.
