Last Saturday I received my package had been delivered to my apt building secure locker . I usually receive text from the apt parcel locker company with the code to open box. No code generated. That was when I knew my box was not delivered. My husband was also supposed to receive a package that day and no info was even given. So when we checked our account to see the status of his package, it showed it was delivered Same fedEx time stamp as mine saying it was delivered. So two boxes to a secure locker by a FedEx driver never delivered. I called the locker company to see what was up and they were able to check to see if FED Ex scanned in around that time to generate a code for the two boxes. Nope…..no scan from FedEx in our building for that day!!!! There’s the proof. FedEx needs to check the driver who delivered for his proof. Contact the driver for the proof. I’ve had to contact both companies which are refunding and re issuing. And he gets to keep my boxes.
