I used FanDuel Sportsbook for several months. For the past 3 months or more, I have been unable to log in. When I try to long in, I do not receive a verification code. It is not in my spam folder. When I try to change my password or chat with FanDuel, the bot tells me to enter the verification code, but I can’t because I still don’t receive one. I tried calling FanDuel, but their phone number (646-930-0860 drops my calls.) I have emailed this complaint several time, with no response.
