My family and I all have Fandual accounts, my mom is the one who originally referred me, I spent 500 dollars playing without an issue I finally hit for 2400 I called Fandual as this was my first withdrawal and asked would it be an issue if I sent a portion of the money to a PayPal business account in my moms name because that’s the email I use on my Fandual account the rep I spoke with placed me on a brief hold went and asked came back and said no not a problem. I called the next day inquiring about when I count expect a deposit they said 24-48 hours ok then when I looked in Fandual it no longer said pending but it wasn’t in my account I did the live chat again he said that’s because your further up on the list it’ll be anytime now. Then I hang up and get a email my account has been suspended for suspensions activity I messaged live chat they can’t tell me anything I emailed a copy of my DL and my moms no response I feel robbed. And they won’t give you answers or answer back
