I won a ticket that I put in last week but lost my ticket they told me this is why we use ur players card in case u lose a ticket we can still pay u . They gave someone $3,200 without asking for there players card or Id which means they just gave it away. When u scan my ticket my name pops up so they kno they messed up really bad and they are making me pay for it that’s not right
