Family Dollar — Rude employee

I went to the Family Dollar to purchase items for my grandson‘s birthday party upon arriving at the Family Dollar I noticed all the party supplies were blocked by black totes I guess that was their inventory to stock trying to fish out a red plastic tablecloth I was yelled at so rudely by employee who thought I was going through the totes I asked the lady why she was talking to be like that and she was just so rude and disrespectful I could not believe it at one point she told me she did not stutter I should’ve heard what she said then the lady threw up her hand and told me to talk to the hand at this point I had tears in my eyes I have never been treated so badly by someone at a store,an employee that is. So at that point I just left my cart and walked away. I go to that particular store two to three times a week and spend on the average $200 to $300 within a week and that’s how I get treated for no reason I don’t think so upon leaving I asked her her name because I thought employees were supposed to wear name badges she did not have one on so I said what is your name her answer was “ My Name”!! So I said whatever and continued to walk out at that point before I went out the door she yelled at me one last time and said “ tell them when you call it’s the black lady the only black lady that works here“ and at that point I was just like wow OK whatever and walked out the door set my car for a few minutes to get my composure all I can say is thanks a lot family dollar more employees like that you’ll lose more customers like me and that’s so bad for business I have called and called the customer care hotline and customer service left numerous voicemails and messages which is got me nowhere so I don’t even know why Family Dollar has this Customer care phone line because I have tried and tried to call no luck again thanks family Dollar you won’t be getting my business anymore. I don’t know maybe they need to address the issue me calling and leaving messages has got me nowhere it’s bad enough they have an employee working for them Who treats customers horribly but for them not to reach out to me that says a lot.
