Family Dollar — Returns

I attempted to return a unopened product with receipt to the Family Dollar store on Grandview st. I was informed by the clerk the product would not be accepted, that I would need to take the product to the location where it was purchased which was at 2506 N Andrews in Odessa. This was a hardship due to lack of transportation for me. I had to hire a Uber to return this product. I feel your return policy should be updated for returns. Update you return policy that people can return at any store with a receipt showing the purchase. Thank you.
