I am at the Family Dollar I have coupons on my phone most for .01 I was told by the store clerk they can not honor any of my coupons as they are told to throw away all penny items and if it rings up for a penny refuse to sale. This is FALSE advertisement and refusal to adhere to your coupons as stated. I have every intention on seeking legal advice. Please sale me the clearance item as advertised on my phone through the Family Dollar app
