I have tried to reach you all in regards store located at 2435 Harrison Ave3820Cincinnati Ohio 45211. They are hardly ever open, literally!!!! They only stay open a few hours. Very poor customer service when they are open. This is the only store in the area that is convenient for a lot of senior’s and at this moment they have a sign on the door stating they will not be open until 3pm. It is currently 12pm. This is something that has been going on for months. We as a community of Westwood understand these are hard times, but this is ridiculous. Obtain a better manager and staff. The manager there now is very unprofessional!!!!
