Everyday the manager of Family DollarDollar tree in tiptonville tenn parks in the handy capped parking spot. He is not handy capped. He had been reported another time already. He is also rude inside the store to customers. He should not be allowed to park there. Someone higher up should come unannounced and see his white vehicle parked there.
