The store is never open. They pick and choose when they will be there. I had an emergency this morning and they were supposed to be open at 9 am. They opened at 9:05. This is not the first time. I went at 3 pm one day and they were closed. No holidays or anything but the store closed. This has happened 3 or 4 times. I asked if they got to pick the hours they opened and no answer. I just think they need to be more professional and be open the hours they are supposed to. Make the staff do their jobs the way they are supposed to.
