I simply asked the lady Theresa at the counter if they carried zippo lighter fluid. She replied ( how many times you gonna ask me that question) I said miss I just started smoking cigars and I have never asked you that. She then replied ( well maybe you need hearing aids!!! Really hatful and the other employees looked up like did she really just say that to a customer that comes in here every day and spends lots of money in our store.. and when I called and asked for her number the employee that answered the phone apologized to me and said she’s been really rude to everybody for a while now and the head manager at the store Vicky has already warned her about the attitude. Remove her from that location or keep her off the counter so she can’t continue to lose customers or cause problems in the future
