Family Dollar — Communication and scheduling

Started store renovation last Wednesday. Sign said closed Wednesday and Thursday. Went Friday morning still closed. Went Saturday morning they were open. Went back Monday, new sign saying closed today. This is a rural area 20 miles to next store. Elderly people on limited income. Called customer service just a long option menu no one to talk to! Our little community has grown to depend on this store. This store didn’t need renovation it’s almost new! Do renovations by sections at night or at least give customers a definitive reopening time!!! Have a person answer the phone in customer service!
