Horrible communication, never sent me my car tags, didn’t get back to me after my year lease was up and then showed up with a tow truck, trespassed on private property, followed in another residents car to get through the remote gate took the vehicle from the closed and gated parking lot without ever calling me, I had to find it’s the location through filing a stolen vehicle report, which I was then told everything g they did was illegal. I wish I could give them zero stars. Horrible company, horrible customer service, horrible everything. They shouldn’t be allowed to operate.
