The hotel staff told the person who came and said under what name the reservation was. It’s an invasion of privacy I normally Don’t do this but yesterday’s booking and experience at the hotel were horrible. In the morning front desk called my Room and passed the phone to the person asking for me. The clerk should have never passed the phone to the person and said I enter the hotel with a guy. It’s an invasion of Privacy
