Explore Talent — Need my money $188.00 back

I signed up for explore talent and my charge was charged $188.00 for a membership and was told that I would receive casting calls and etc I get noticed that I have casting calls and every time I go to review the casting it’s either not available or they tell me that they will call me back I do not feel secure and feel like it is a scam I am asking for a refund of the charges made to me account and the try to express their legitimacy and avoid processing my refund they say they will process it in 7 to 10 business days and I just want to inform people to not attempt to secure any position in this business it just don’t seem right
