My step son was involved in a road hazard incident in monroe La and my insurance company immediately reserved him a vehicle so he could get back to his college. When he went to pick up vehicle it was given away and he was stranded in Monroe as there were no vehicles available for 3 days. Enterprise would not help me find another vehicle near that location so i found one 130 miles away and reserved through my insurance company and paid 200 dollars for an uber to get him there so he would no longer be stranded. I filed a complaint direct with Enterprise and was told a district manager would call that day. That did not happen and i have called multiple times since to have someone call me and to date it has not happened. My insurance company told me there was no way they should have given that car away and enterprise reservation clerk said the same thing but it happened and i am out 200 dollars for an uber.
