Enterprise Rent-A-Car — Charged for additional accident insurance I didn’t authorize

I rented a vehicle on 9132021 and picked up rental vehicle from Caliber Collision 43008 Alston Ave Durham, N.C. where I left my vehicle for repair. A female representative from Enterprise told me she needed a $50 deposit which would be returned to me. I used my debit card as payment. And was told I would be sent a receipt to my email. I did not receive a receipt but was sent a letter stating Monday through Thursday dates and type of vehicle. It said rental agreement was attached but I did not receive it. I noted on 914, a withdrawal of $124.20.Before I could follow up, the manager texted asking about my customer service experience. I mentioned about the 4 days of charges and he stated don’t worry about the return date until my car completion date. I picked up my car from the repair shop and mentioned to the staff what had happened related to being charged for accident insurance. They called and spoke with the manager and he stated there was nothing he could do as I had signed a contract. I called Enterprise on 924 and spoke with the manager again and asked for a copy of the contract for insurance that I signed but did not get a copy of. I was told he could not send me one. I saw that I was charged on my debit card for $92.74 for my rental on 923. I did not sign a contract for any insurance and would like my money for whatever insurance to be returned to me. I should be reimbursed for the cost of insurance I did not contract for.
