i was unable to get into my account until today. I moved on May 12 2022. Your system has charged me for use until June 10. Since the system is all automated there is no room for human error. This is unacceptable, we are not computers and mistakes happen. Terrible service. Back date my account so the charges reflect the move on May 12,2022. since you have charged both myself and the new owner I’m sure. Have a telephone line reinstalled since I would have been avble to contact you by phone on May2 ,2022 to cancel my service. Not everyone has access to a computer all the time.
