Not happy with the service I received. I had a picture window installed with slider panels on each side. One of the panels came with a crack going across 3/4 of the window. They knew about the crack before installation. The screen on the same side had a couple holes. When I spoke to the office I asked for that to be replaced with the glass, she said no problem. It took about a month to get the new window pane and when the installation department called to schedule I asked about the screen, he didn’t know anything about it. I called the office again and she had no record of the screen needing to be replaced. Then it took two weeks to schedule the installation. And when he gets here with the window, it’s for the wrong side. So now I probably will have to wait another month for the correct window to come in and another two weeks to schedule the installation. This is just so frustrating. I’m wondering if I will hear from anyone from the company apologizing for the problems.
