When I signed up, there was an option to pay without auto renew. I took that option, knowing I would give myself a year with their service and knowing that the renewal would cost more (as I bought a membership with one of their discount offers). I also went into my account settings and made sure that the auto renewal switch was toggled off. I also checked my account sometime at the end of February and beginning of March to make sure that the subscription was ending at the end of March without renewal. They still charged my account for $400 Refund my money
