Signed up for a 2 year subscription and they wouldn’t allow me to get a refund or cancel. I barely got matched with anyone and most we’re fake profiles. I used it for less than a month and they took $122.79 out of my account 3 times before I saw what they we’re doing and stopped payment. I was told on the phone they would take me to collections if I didn’t pay. They we’re very rude about it. This is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. I have tried Match.com before and they cancelled and refunded me like a proper company when you cancel your subscription. Eharmony told me they would remove my profile, but I would have to continue to pay. They should refund my money when I only used it for a month, which costs Membership costs range from $35.90 monthly to $65.90 for one month. I would like to not be sent to collections because of this terrible company, which lures people in with their Christians attitude and then steals peoples hard earned money and tries to take it anyway and not let people cancel like EVERY other company out there does.
