eHarmony — Robbing me of my money

I set up an account with Eharmony. I wanted to pay a small amount ie 9.99 monthly. I set the account up. I didn’t realise there was a basic account….it tookme straight to the premium account. It was all very confusing. I thought they’d charge me the £9.99 but when I checked my bank they’d taken over £42 out so I emailed them to cancel. They told me because I’d chosen premium I would be charged another £19 which they have since taken as well. This is daylight robbery …I will get some money refunded but I never even used the website Give me my full refund including the extra £19 they have stolen
