I had a 6 month subscription payable monthly. Within hours it was obvious there were no suitable matches within 50 miles of me. I contacted them to cancel after just 48 hrs. They have changed my membership to free, charged me a large sum because they sent me a ‘Personality profile’, that I never asked for. Total scam, disgusting business model. I want a full refund. Consumers usually get 14 day cooling off period. If they can’t offer the service they promise, then you should get full refund. Full refund
