I inadvertently signed up for an eHarmony subscription following an email (marketing email) telling me I could test it for one month at 50% off. NO WHERE IN THAT EMAIL DID IT SAY I WAS PAYING AN ENTIRE YEAR SUBSCRIPTION. Upon contacting eHarmony, they REFUSE… to acknowledge my complaint and talk to me like a person. They sent me back a BS response telling me it’s in the terms and agreement, section. I’m sure it is.. however, how many people do you know that read that **** from top to bottom? At this point its not even about the money, of course I want my money back it wasn’t a small amount it was $366.00. Honestly, I’m ****** that they are handling my situation the way they are, I made an honest mistake and now they are basically telling me oh well, so sad, but here.. keep a subscription you don’t want nor will use. Just refund me. that’s all I want. Learn how to handle customer service.
