I have been trying to get a refund off e-dreams for months. It is almost impossible to get hold of them. Their 0800 number has been disconnected, so at my own expense, I have to ring them and wait in line for hours to get a person who doesn’t speak or understand English. My reference no is 7140453146. They say I have to get permission from Air New Zealand to give permission for my money to be refunded, but Air New Zealand says it has nothing to do with their company. I am absolutely fed up with their lies, and want a resolution to this problem!!! Refund my $1,491.77
